from Jiro Murai that attend to the harmony of the
First and Fourth Depths. Participants will experience and participate in daily hands-on utilizing these ten Special Flows as well as lecture time for in-depth exploration of their structure and application. The class offers an opportunity to delve more deeply into the material of the foundation/basic Jin Shin Jyutsu class. It provides a space for developing and expanding our on-going understanding and awareness of the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu.

These ten flows from Jiro Murai were originally presented by Mary Burmeister to her students as part of her “A AND Q Text – KNOW MYSELF” and latterly as part of the “Now Know MySelf” classes presented in association with the Mary Burmeister Jin Shin Jyutsu Institute.
